Screencast-O-Matic has a screen recorder for creating presentation videos.

To add the image throughout your video, adjust the transitions by clicking on In and Out in the image menu.

You will notice your webcam recording placed above your image.

Once it is placed on your video, move image to cover your Main Video.

Go to Tools, click on Overlay then Image.

First remove your background color from the recorder or video editor.

Add background before starting to record.
